Fees
My Practice accepts two possible payment methods:
MEDICAL AID CLAIMS.
Session fees are charged in accordance to medical aid tariffs. Fees are claimed directly from medical aid. It however remains the responsibility of each client to converse with their medical aid regarding the psychological services they are covered for. At all times, the client remains responsible for all outstanding fees not covered by their medical aid
CASH PAYMENTS:
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS: –
An invoice will be issued weekly for individual and couple or group sessions and an EFT payment needs to be made within 7 days. Face to Face sessions can also be paid after each session via YOCO card machine.
CORPORATE CLIENTS:-
An invoice will be issued prior to the corporate session/s or workshops and needs to be settled in full before commencement thereof. A retainer can be negotiated.
Please take note that appointments should be cancelled 24 hours in advance – failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee charge.

FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED at certain times of the year in Pretoria and surrounding areas.
